Working as a project manager with Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP), managing a health-related program named “Malaria Control Program (MCP)” being implemented in 17 districts of Balochistan. responsible for the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project by ensuring the project activities are in line with the Performance Framework; use of appropriate mechanisms and systems, and ensuring compliance as per donor guidance.

Working in close collaboration with the health department government of Balochistan to ensure smooth execution of project activities in all targeted districts. Providing fiduciary oversight to ongoing project activities and ensure to remain within performance indicators/targets. Accelerate progress by continually reviewing performance, budgets and reporting timelines. besides that, achieving project deadlines by coordinating with all stakeholders both at district and provincial level.

Provide detailed technical and operational direction to program challenges, consistently meeting deliverables according to deadlines. Maintaining clear communication with precise technical and analytical reports for timely revision in plans and strategies.
