Working as a project manager with Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP), managing a health-related program named “Malaria Control Program (MCP)” being implemented in 17 districts of Balochistan. responsible for the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project by ensuring the project activities are in line with the Performance Framework; use of appropriate mechanisms and systems, and ensuring compliance as per donor guidance.

Working in close collaboration with the health department government of Balochistan to ensure smooth execution of project activities in all targeted districts. Providing fiduciary oversight to ongoing project activities and ensure to remain within performance indicators/targets. Accelerate progress by continually reviewing performance, budgets and reporting timelines. besides that, achieving project deadlines by coordinating with all stakeholders both at district and provincial level.

Provide detailed technical and operational direction to program challenges, consistently meeting deliverables according to deadlines. Maintaining clear communication with precise technical and analytical reports for timely revision in plans and strategies.

Worked with CAPS Balochistan as manager programs and dealt with different projects i.e. health, vocational trainings and education. and resource generation tasks; my core responsibilities were;

• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• Managed team of employees, overseeing hiring, training and professional growth of employees.

Worked closely with UNHCR (SOQ) program as a consultant to develop the need assessment and prioritization report for UNHCR’s upcoming years plan, analyzing current input level and gaps in each sector i.e. Education, Health, Livelihood, WASH, and Protection and extract most demanding needs of Afghan refugees Villages in five districts of Balochistan.

Tracks program efforts, identifies and leads new resource mobilization opportunities, coordinates with national and international funding agencies, regular coordination with programs staff, and represents WESS to donors, partners, and other external stakeholders. My primary job responsibilities include:

Monitors and coordinates all program development efforts in line with organizational thematic areas. Identifies and analyzes new funding opportunities within, regularly monitoring opportunities from relevant donors. Creates program development budgets and justifications. Monitors and reports on the status of budgets.

· Analyzes opportunities and makes recommendations on potential program strategies and develops and articulates strategic approaches, partnerships, management/staffing plans, M&E, budgets, and project designs.

· Coordinate activities with different stakeholders of the project both in the public and private sector

· Monitored and evaluated the performance of staff and consultants, by the delineated job description/contract agreements.

· Design and ensure quality implementation of educational initiatives particularly accelerated Education through the Non-formal education approach (NFE)

· Ensure the achievements of targets in due course of time through optimal utilization of recourses both human and financial.

· Prepare detailed progress reports to highlight the achievements of the project.

· Capacity building of project education staff through continuous support and technical inputs.

· Design and conduct teachers’ education programs with reputable institutes

· Ensure to achieve the national education curriculum’s maximum objectives while designing and implementing accelerated education initiatives.

· Execute a comprehensive advocacy program against child labor through education by the active involvement of CBOs, NGOs, Media and intelligence at local, district and provincial level.

· Ensured the teacher-training program to capacitate the teachers for quality education and transfer of knowledge to the students (child laborer) in a pro-active manner.

Determined targets and objectively verifiable indicators through the analysis of information collected on a regular basis field staff. Results-based monitoring and evaluation approached exercised to assess the performance of a program, on the basis of impacts and benefits that the programme produced.

Analysis and extracting recommendations from qualitative reports generated by field teams during conduction of Education policy dialogues with communities. Producing recommendations for reformation of education policy at provincial level.

· Review of existing education policy and national education plans

· Review textbooks in light of education curriculum objectives and generate recommendations

· Conduct an education research study to analyze overall schooling system from a child’s perspective.
