3. To ensure that District Office response towards all the enquired from Head Office PHFMC regarding project activities and Health Facilities management is conveyed to the concerned quarters well in time.

4. Ensure implementation of all the decisions and policy of District Office regarding Project activities and Health Facilities Management.

5. To maintain effective discipline of record keeping related to Project activities and Health Facilities management in the light of instructions by District Manager/PHFMC.

6. To plan and execute routine repair and maintenance (Infrastructure equipment etc)at Health Faculties according to the policy/instruction given by PHFMC.

7. To plan and arrange distribution of supplies to the Health Facilities in the light of instructions/policy given by the PHFMC.
