• Crude Oil Procurement: Managed the procurement of imported crude oil for one of Pakistan's largest operating refineries, ensuring operational performance with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.
• Supplier Liaison & Negotiations: Established and maintained strong relationships with Saudi Aramco executives, overseeing the procurement of approximately 2–3 crude oil vessels per month, with a total value exceeding $150 million.
• Shipping Operations & Documentation: Assisted in managing shipping operations and independently handled essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and surveyor certifications, ensuring all financial security measures were in place prior to loading and discharge.
