Plan, supervise and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Goldwind- manufactured PMDD wind turbine generators (WTGs), while adhering to standard safety rules and regulations.
Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues related to wind turbines, for minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Analyze wind turbine’s performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate maintenance strategies to maximize turbine efficiency.
Perform remote visual inspections using borescope camera on wind turbine generators to assess condition of internal components, detect potential issues, and collaborate with Goldwind QC department to ensure optimal performance.
Organize and conduct training sessions for junior staff members on proper use of equipment or software tools related to operation and maintenance of wind turbines.
In coordination with Goldwind's technical team, developed and implemented standard operating procedures for handling wind turbine SCADA operations in response to instructions issued by the National Power Control Center (NPCC).
Identified issues at wind turbines during preventive maintenance, and developed periodic inspection checklists in order to ensure reliable and smooth operation of the wind turbines, and positive impact has been observed since implementation.
