  • 10 MW Bergen Gas Genset Based Cogeneration Plant, Complete design, application engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of the plant based on 02x 5 MW natural gas gensets integrated with heat recovery absorption chillers having gross cooling capacity of 2400 USRT.   • 4100 KVA Diesel Genset Based Hospital Project, Design, application engineering and execution of a 4100 KVA Prime Rating Hospital based project comprising 02x 1250 KVA & 02x 800 KVA MTU Diesel Gensets along with complete sound acoustic treatment of the engine room and exhaust piping up to 350 ft above the engine. Major achievement includes in-time completion and hand over along with satisfactory load test and guaranteed sound level of 75 dBA @ 1m.
  • 08 TPH Steam Based Captive Cogeneration Plant, Design, engineering and project management of 04x Jenbacher JMS 624 gas engines coupled with 04x Erensan Simplex Waste Heat Recovery Boilers. Major achievement includes gross energy saving of 22.4 MMBTU due to exhaust heat recovery from engines (equivalent to savings of USD 2.2 MILLION per annum).
  • 1500 USRT Absorption Chiller Based Cogeneration Plant, Design, engineering and project implementation of Jacket water and Exhaust heat recovery from multiple gas and diesel engines to establish 1500 USRT Chilling plant for textile weaving loom sheds. Major achievement includes substantial electrical and thermal energy savings by employing efficient heat recovery systems and using smart operational techniques like VFD based motors and temperature-controlled fans.
  • Repowering of Rental Fleet of 40x 01 MW Gas Gensets, Design of a special dual core vertical, retractable type radiator in collaboration with the Principal M/s Guntner Indonesia for the rental fleet of 40 gensets. Major achievement was the construction of a modular, custom-made portable type radiator for ease of transportation along with significant reduction in operating costs associated with cooling towers.
  • Marine propulsion system for GRP Utility Boats, Engineering and project management of Cummins Marine Diesel Engine based project comprising QSB5.9 225 BHP @ 2600 RPM coupled with marine transmission and propulsion system. Major achievement includes attainment of desired boat speed of 22 knots during sea trial operations.
