• Onboarded to the Essent project after successfully delivering key QA milestones and client requirements on previous engagements, trusted to lead quality for a critical product area.
• Leading and managing a QA team, overseeing end-to-end test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Reviewing and refining test cases and test scenarios, providing feedback and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the team to strengthen quality, prevent repeat issues, and improve processes.
• Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve defects efficiently, and keep quality expectations aligned with client goals.
• Conducting demos and walkthrough for the client, clearly presenting test coverage, outcomes, risks, and release readiness to build confidence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

QA Lead – Stewart (Outsourced via Systems Ltd) – STEPS Project

• Leading and managing a team of QA engineers, owning end-to-end test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management for the STEPS platform.
• Reviewing, refining, and optimizing test cases and test scenarios to improve coverage, consistency, and overall product quality.
• Acting as a key liaison between QA, development, product, and business teams; actively participating in cross-functional meetings to align quality goals with project and client objectives.
• Managing and prioritizing testing activities based on risk and impact, ensuring smooth project execution and timely, high-quality releases.
• Monitoring and tracking defects, driving clear communication and quick resolution between development and QA teams.
• Providing mentorship, feedback, and day-to-day guidance to QA team members, strengthening their skills, ownership, and efficiency.
• Conducting demos, walkthrough, and UAT support sessions for clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating test outcomes, risks, and readiness for go-live
