• Repaired, calibrated and safely operated laboratory equipment to reduce costly instrument downtime.
• Cleaned and organized laboratory and kept supplies well-stocked to save time, money and promote laboratory efficiency.
• Developed laboratory testing programs and data analysis while adhering to SOPs, ECOs, batch records and work instructions.

• Daily co-ordination, supervision of production of Lubricants, VI, Coolant and Special Grades.
• Responsible for designing different viscosities range of Viscosity Index Improver and especially responsible for getting optimum Characteristics of the VI improver.
• Base Oils and additives Tank calculation
• Make recommendations to the Sales manager for new products. This recommendation should include estimated demand, sales potential and reason this product is required.
• Continually update my product knowledge to stay abreast of new products.
• Reporting the manufactured product of 3rd parties after QC.
• Technical dealing during production of SHELL, TOTAL, GENERAL PETROLEUM, PETROMIN, SMP, MOMIN and ATLAS HONDA different Products.

• Reported repeated issues to supervisors and other departments, collaborating to identify issue roots and rectify problems.
• Communicated with production team members about quality issues.
• Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate.
• Completed precise measurements using special tools.
• Evaluated components and final products against quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
