As Chief Merchandising manager I lead the budgeting, assortment planning, distribution and pricing processes to deliver the Bata brand promise in the most efficient manner. Work closely with the Chief Collection Manager, Finance Director and Retail Manager through the merchandising planning and execution process. - Successfully manage 12 retail stores assigned in Kuala Lumpur, territory
- Grow Flagship retail stores turnover +12% YOY, exceeding targeted sales and profit.
