- Currently working as Operation Engineer in Operation Department of Bin Qasim Power Station-III 900MW RLNG/HSD Based COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT (Commissioning & Operations).
- 2*450MW Siemens SST-3000F Steam Turbine and SGT-4000F Gas Turbine Units, HRSG 450te/Hr (Dong fang) Natural Draft Tipple pressure with Reheat system.
- In Commissioning Phase of 900MW CCPP, plan and coordinate with daily Site activities and maintain documentation work, prepare SOPs, Equipment Pre-Start Check Lists, P&IDs updating, raise daily site safety observations, attend Training sessions by Siemens and HEI. Successful construction and hot change over to new Plant Integrated Control Systems, without interruption to normal operation and compromising plant safety.
- In Operation Phase of 900MW CCPP, responsible for maintaining plant instrumentation for better availability, reliability and safety, based on the age and obsolescence of equipment Instrument and Control systems. Maintaining unit and auxiliary log, reading & check sheets, inventory data, electrical metering sheet. Cold/warm/hot startup of main boiler, turbine, and auxiliary systems in accordance with NTS from WAPDA. Excitation/synchronizing and operation of 450 MW main generators. Troubleshooting and taking quick/precise corrective actions against abnormalities/transients/load change.
- Conducted root cause analysis for recurring issues, resulting in long-term solutions and improved system stability. Trained junior engineers on standard operating procedures, contributing to a knowledgeable and skilled workforce. Reduced downtime in production environments through proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.

- Bin Qasim Power Station-II 560 MW: worked as Control Room Operator.
- The combined cycle consists of 3 sets PG9171E Gas Turbine Generator, 3 sets heat recovery and 1 set steam turbine generator. Thermal efficiency of the plant is 51 per cent which is highest combined cycle efficiency in Pakistan.
- Bin Qasim Complex is the largest power station in the country due to 130 MMSCFD of nature gas consumption. It owns ISO-14001, ISO-9001, OHSAS-18001, UKAS – quality management and UKAS – environment management.
- Maintained high levels of safety in the workplace through diligent observation and strict adherence to protocols.
- Ensured smooth transitions between shifts by maintaining clear communication lines with colleagues and providing comprehensive briefings on relevant issues.
