Junior Electrical Design Engineer:

• Developed Electrical Load Lists for Power Plants and Steel Mills, focusing on basic power parameters.
• Designed Cable Schedules for both MV and LV cables in Power Plants and Steel Mills.
• Collaborated with engineers, technical personnel, and draftsmen to create drawings and technical manuals.
• Designed Lighting Systems for Electrical Substations and Pre-Engineered Buildings (SHEDs).
• Designed Earthing Systems based on IEEE-80 and BS-7430 standards.

• Participated in the electrical erection at Hunza Sugar Mills and Hunza Steel Plant, gaining insights into steam-based power boiler mechanisms.
• Laying of different sizes of Electrical Cable Trays (Ladder Type & Perforated) on Cooling Towers.
• Low Voltage Cable Laying for Boiler Auxiliary Loads, Motors, and Variable Frequency Drives.
• Understanding the working mechanisms of Steel Plants, including furnaces, CCM, and Rolling Mills.
• Assisted the team responsible for the erection of Electric Overhead Cranes in the Steel Plant.

Junior Instrument Engineer:

• Gained valuable experience with Distributed Control Systems and Input-Output Lists for Boilers.
• Worked on Instrument Indexes/Schedules for both Boilers and Balance of Plant.
• Contributed to the development of Process & Instrument Diagrams for Boilers and Balance of Plant.
