- Driving thorough and structured approach towards solving complex technology problems that leads to strategic insights.
- Successfully evaluating & testing New Out-of-the-box solutions to resolve Network pain points and add value. Those include but are not limited to, FWA Trials in 3.5 GHz band using mMIMO technology, U to L refarming trials, Innovative solutions to add values to the operations, etc.
- Successfully planned and lead teams of several projects of Strategic Collaborations with Other Mobile Operators at different areas in the network. Those include MORAN evaluation & implementation with Telenor, National Roaming evaluation with JAZZ ,Complete Network Consolidation evaluation of Ufone + Telenor post Telenor’s acquisition (currently ongoing)
- Actively participated in the Radio Spectrum Strategy for PTCL-Group including Ufone and PTCL wireless Networks. Key achievements include, Acquisition of 9 MHz band in the 1800MHz frequency band for Ufone in Year 2021, Strategic planning & execution of UMTS to LTE refarming in Ufone Network.
- Prepared a comprehensive Wi-Fi device Strategy (5 Vs 6 & SB Vs DB) for PTCL Group to be followed for multiple product lines within the Group.
- Nominee and main contributor to META’s Telecom Infra Project (TIP) towards OpenRAN group which will lead towards a trial of OpenRAN in Ufone Network in Pakistan.
- Utilized data-driven insights to make informed decisions that resulted in higher returns on investments. Prepared several reports with Business Intelligence team to provide inputs to Company’s leadership on current state of PTCL’s Business and Historic trends of different product lines.
- Network Product & Technological life cycle management that includes but is not limited to, software upgrades, Modernizations, cannibalization & sunsets.
- Preparing reports and presentation materials for C-level management in Business Reviews, CEO & GCTO Townhalls etc.

- RF Planning and Design of 11000+ sites of 2G, 3G & 4G technologies based wireless network with voice & broadband data services for consumer and corporate segments, over the past several years in batches.
- Monitoring & improving performance KPIs including Accessibility, Retainability and Mobility KPIs.
- Traffic Engineering and Capacity Planning of the network, which includes analyzing the network’s traffic & performance KPIs regularly.
- Link budget calculations, dimensioning exercise to decide/verify the network node counts along with the nominal network design. Also, performing detailed network planning including detailed antenna & technology layer parameters planning for configuration.
- Key members of technical evaluation team for PTCL Group Mega RFPs, which involved network upgradation towards 4G and 5G enabled solutions, PTCL & Ufone network consolidation proposal’s evaluation from Vendors i.e. NOKIA, ZTE, HUAWEI and ERICSSON.
- Performed Network RF simulations, static and dynamic during network planning and optimization phase using specialized tools.
