Team Management and Performance Monitoring:

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring both staff efficiency and the quality of service provided. My role involves setting clear performance goals, such as call answer rates, response times, and customer satisfaction levels, and consistently tracking progress towards these objectives to ensure optimal performance.
• Promoted innovation within the organization by encouraging team members to propose creative ideas for streamlining workflows or overcoming obstacles during project execution phases.

During my tenure in Henan road and bridge construction company at the Suki Kinari Hydropower project, my main responsibilities included:

1. Translation Work: Oversaw translating between Chinese and English as well as between Chinese and Urdu, ensuring the accuracy and fluency of various documents, reports, and communications.

• Enabled smoother negotiations for clients with foreign counterparts by offering real-time interpretation support.
• Interpreted conversations simultaneously to help both parties conduct business and manage personal concerns.

2. Human Resources Management: In charge of employee recruitment, training, and daily management, maintaining employee records, and handling personnel matters.
