Distinctive Expertise
- Worked as centrifuge operator using CD 500 & CD-518 centrifuges, know about sensors and have good idea about the mechanism and troubleshooting methods.
- Good command on performance analysis based on calculations like loss calculations, discard analysis, mud on cuttings, barite recovery and solids removal centrifuges in series mode calculations, efficiency and economic analysis.
- Worked with dewatering unit where the effluent was used with fresh water for making mud. The system involved coagulation/ flocculation unit and CD 518 centrifuge.
- Performed and supervised various brine filtration jobs. Acquired desired NTU's on the flow out.
- Worked on Oil base cutting handling systems like Verti G which treats the cuttings with the help of vertical drying shaker and transforms the cuttings into dry dust which is easy to dispose off with minor oil content.
- Well acquainted with major overhauling and maintenance jobs for centrifuges including changing the bearings on liquid and solids sides.
- Changing vibrators on the shaker deck. Replace damaged mounting springs and rubbers. Change screen gaskets and mounting screws on the shaker deck.
- Replace bearing on augers.
- Replace seals and gaskets on PD and centrifugal pumps.
- Calculating G-Force on shaker and centrifuges for efficient operations.
