Responsibilities

collect staff health documents and referral patients documents and process them as per staff health and referral policy in a timely manner and submit documents for reimbursement to Finance and follow up with Fin department. Follow up of staff health issues and make sure all staff are vaccinated and respect universal precaution.

All HR issues, i.e., Rosters, attendance, sick leave, annual leave planning of relevant departments in collaboration with departments' supervisors and follow up with HR.

On Job Coaching, Teaching and Training to properly implement the adopted protocols. Empowerment and motivation of relevant staff.

Achievements

On MFP position from october,2019 respond twice to emergency once in COVID-19 for three months.

second Measles out break for two months.

Training/Teaching sessions were reorganized in all departments and raised the importance of keeping it on regular basis. Implemented.Data collection is much better and every supervisor understands how to collect it in a better way and understands how to analyses medical data. For MMR separate day identified to each supervisor inorder to complete it on time.Rosters with annual leave planning and sick leave as well as annual leave record is better organized.i did meeting wih IPC with subject of how to do hand hygiene assessment and how to be shared amongst all supervisors as well as all staff to get the target, i had bring much improvement in mutual understanding with supervisors and the working environment got better day by day.
