• Currently acting as lead counsel for WAKGAS (Pvt Limited), one of Pakistan's oldest Oil & Gas businesses
• Negotiated contracts for WAKGAS with several government organizations including Pakistan Petroleum Limited (“PPL”) and Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (“OGRA”), among others.
• Representing one of the leading LPG storage, marketing and distribution company in Pakistan.
• Defended and won cases for client in Higher Courts of Pakistan related to bidding procedures of Oil & Gas Sector for multiple clients.
• Represented Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (“SNGPL”), the primary government organization responsible for providing facility of natural gas to consumers and citizens of Pakistan.
• Acted as SNGPL's counsel in litigation against defaulters and defended them in various cases.
• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.
• Negotiated and drafted complex transactions/arrangements between the private sector and the public sector.
• Led the negotiations and advised during drafting of contracts for a Joint Venture between a Client and one of the leading Chinese Construction Firms for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") Contract.

Construction & Real Estate:

• Acted as lead counsel for several large developers including Izhar Monnoo Developers and Rafi Group involved in projects including high rise residential apartments, hotels and commercial offices.
• Rafi Group is currently involved in the complete development of Gwadar as a future commercial hub in Pakistan.
• Provided legal guidance to construction issues such as construction disputes, construction defects and land acquisitions.
• Represented clients in the court of law.
• Reviewed floor plans, legal contracts, blueprints and inspection reports.
• Analyzed construction legal cases and determined liabilities for insurance companies.
• Handled cases related to death and injuries that occurred on the construction sites.
• Provided legal support for construction project activities.
• Mentored junior construction lawyers on their assigned cases.

Manufacturing & Distribution:

• Performed ad-hoc legal work for Treet Group of Companies, one of Pakistan's largest blades and razor manufacturers, batteries, pharmaceuticals, construction among an extensive diverse portfolio.
• Representing Newage Cables (Pvt) Limited, one of Pakistan's leading cable manufacturers. The work consists of day to day contracts and opinions on legal and corporate governance matters to high stakes litigation and high value contracts.
• Legal work in this role ranges from dealing with government departments for various approvals and disputes, acquisition of land and securing financing from banks for investment in capital and infrastructure.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:

• Specializing in dispute resolution including arbitration in more than a hundred cases.
• Mediated in numerous disputes for an out of court settlement.
• Drew up both multiple binding and non-binding arbitration agreements.
• Extremely familiar with the global evolving landscape on the laws of Arbitration.
• Researched and analyzed individual parties' positions to understand dispute background.
• Devised and implemented dispute resolution processes for companies, enabling fast resolution of disputes.

• Generated 200+ types of legal documents, including contracts, production and services agreements, distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Counseled firm clients on legal options and guidance.
• Collaborated with 3 partners to conduct and consolidate legal research.
• Advised 3-5 clients per week on litigation and complex legal issues.
