• Delivered multiple complex technical projects through innovative engineering approaches, including: Commissioning of Furnace Coil (512 MRs), Methanator heating using nitrogen (5 MRs), Purge Gas utilization in Plant-2 Furnace (64 MRs), Furnace Burner Filter Installation Project resulting in 0.2 MMSCFD gas savings and 200 MRs impact.
• Developed the Liquid CO2 Commercialization Proposal, a strategic business case contributing 250 MRs to the bottom line while enabling product diversification, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainability enhancement.
• Achieved record 18.5-day decommissioning and recommissioning of a 5,000 MT Ammonia Storage Tank, overcoming a major nitrogen-based temperature drop challenge through out-of-the-box problem solving.
• Published two international technical papers at CRU Nitrogen + Syngas Conferences (2023 & 2025) on Process and efficiency improvement through Ammonia Front-End pressure drop optimization (March 2023) & Record-breaking decommissioning, inspection, and recommissioning of the Ammonia Storage Tank (Feb 2025)
• Led six (06) Labour Union Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs), demonstrating strong negotiation capability, conflict resolution, and the ability to balance business objectives with workforce engagement during high-pressure periods.
