Served in the editorial board of African Journal of Urology, Türkiye Klinikleri and currently serving in Advances in Urology and Int J Urology. Actively involved in teaching and training of both medical students and urology residents for over 30 years. Trained over 3 dozen Urologist, most are serving in academic positions around the world. Over 140 indexed peer reviewed publications and over 12 book chapter and edited 5 books. Run conceptual basis of Urology course on contemporary urological topics for trainees and urologist. Recently started a One year certification course in uro oncology with over 3 dozen leading experts in Uro cancer as faculty from around the world.

Trained in Karachi and London and had many short fellowships in Rotterdam (Prof Shroeder and G Mickish), UK (Michael Kellet and Prof Whitfied), Berne Switzerland (Prof. Urs Studer and George Thalmann) India (Mahesh Desai), Leuven (Prof Hein Van Poppel).
