Working: Documentation of instruments tags, working, location, DI, DO ,motor types(VFD/direct DOL),connection in new panels (Fcp01/Fcp02/MCC) .GA's and technical drawings updating of panels. Verification of instruments location working and DI/DO from PLC program and HMI
2. Installation and commissioning of new CIP station at Infant Cereal plant
Working: Cable laying and termination from MCC and FCP to respective instruments , Cold testing of CIP station by operating instruments from HMI and observing instrument behaviour according to process automation .Calibrations of instruments on simulation mode.Verification of system operating sequence verification by running Acid,Caustic and water according to designed parameters in HMI
3. Egron 1 CIP programming, temporary connections of ZL-Line Process with Egron 1 CIP station
Working: installation four mechanical lines (two for tanks return and supply and two for pipes return and supply) with four valves .Modification in PLC program to run CIP in plant .Commissioning with verification of automation sequences and phases
4. DRYMIX upgrading and programming
Working: PCD development and modification according to URS .PLC programming and HMI development of drymix system according to PCD. Verification of process sequences and phases according to PCD by running program simulation
5. Electrical Installation and commissioning of new skids and cereal Wheat and rice and 5m3 silos and tipping station in Cereal wet mixing Process .New skids include Balance tank skid ,Z-Line 2 skid ,Soup distribution skid, HP hot water skid) and Wetmix, Drymix ,RDR4(Gouda Mill Sifter)
Working: Cable laying and termination from MCC and FCP to respective instrument. Generation of PLC NEAT tags of all instruments. Generation of list of each instrument cable length, cable type ,location/floor input power rating .flex IO's identification for all three processes from drawing. Cold testing by operating each and every instrument from HMI and observing real instrument behavior according to process automation
6. Steam and compressed air flow meters mapping for whole factory
Creation of flowsheet and P&ID for steam and compressed air system for whole factory
Tagging of flowmeters Updating in existing system by installing flowmeters for segregating areas
7. Electricity meters mapping and SLD designing having electrical power flow
Creation and updating of SLD for electricity flow of transformers , Generator LT and LT's .Improvement in existing power system by installing and repairing energy meters.
