I love travelling, listening and enjoying music in distinct languages, meeting new people and observing diverse cultures and beautiful landscapes whenever I get a chance. I feel joyful seeing cultures, people, and communities, progressively striving to imply adaptation to challenging environments, or conditions, and desire to thrive.
Reading for pleasure, for preparing my teaching lessons and, research purposes always re-energizes me. I feel good to write, when I am happy or sad, when optimistic or when hopeless. This is the best way for regulating and relaxing my self-emotions.
