I have multiple responsibilities.

• Have meetings with the vendor's and customers to make sure the projects being worked on are on time and the raw materials needed for them are available.
• Responsible for a group of people working with me and to make sure the work generated by them is perfect.
• Responsible for training new hires.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating company website and LinkedIn profile.
• Target new customers and arrange new projects with them.
• Bring in new vendors which can be helpful for our customer base.

As a production engineer I had many responsibilities.

• Responsible to keep production timeline on track.
• To see the machines being worked on by the operator are operating them correctly.
• Create shifts.
• Create production reports.
• Arrange raw materials needed for the production.
• Make sure that the production being generated is upto the quality standards.

Was supposed to learn how a production department operates and generate reports as how the production can be improved.

Started my internship in Agriauto in maintenance department as it was our first internship just out of university we were responsible to learn how the factory operates and how maintenance is performed in a factory where a machine cant be turned off due to a breakdown so that the production doesn't get affected.
