Abstract:
The study assessed glycemic control (HbA1c) in 60 diabetic patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Results showed that 35% had poor glycemic control (HbA1c > 7%), indicating a significant link between uncontrolled diabetes and ACS risk.
