Sufficient workstation is manned each day by skilled operators to perform all data entry functions and produce the required work schedules. All electronic and paper records are properly stored and maintained, and that all required reports are produced and distributed on schedule. All customer inquiries and complaints are properly recorded, investigated, tracked, and responded to. Assures that his employees keep customer information confidential and do not provide it to others except upon direction of appropriate governing authority; keeps confidential all internal KESC information regarding financial matters or future refers inquiries to the Central Office. Performs such other daily tasks as may be directed by superior level.
