  • To allocate various duties (receiving, picking, packing of merchandise) to the warehouse as per the requirement.
  • To plan various activities like receiving, picking, quality checking, manual replenishment and dispatch at the start of each season so as to complete the assigned task advised by the buyers.
  • To monitor the work progress and reporting it to the store keeper, Supervisor or Manager.
  • Preparing the documents like invoices like bill of entry shipping details handover to delivery staff with picking items and delivery notes for the stocks transferred from the warehouse to the stores.
  • To ensure timely delivery of the sales orders to the stores.
  • Keeping the records of the goods received in the warehouse and delivered to store.
  • Maintaining the files of necessary documents and updating them in JDE.
  • To check the stock for finding any kind of damages and immediately inform to the storekeeper and supervisor it could be a wrong barcode sending or damage item.
  • To take specific measures to reduce stock discrepancies.
  • To guide, train and motivate the new staffs so as to enrich their potential and thus obtaining maximum output.
