- As our role was to teach destitute children from struggling families, we were trained, and pushed to use strong interpersonal communication skills to convey the lesson outline to children of varying ages of an assigned class.
- Supported functions of the overall school through dutifully carrying out lunch time duties to managing the children, their sports time, as well as class schedule cycling through multiple topics of the day.
- Created educational materials to convey lesson plan to the students.
- Accordingly, the experience trained me in conflict management whenever there is a conflict between the students, or some mis-step had caused them to have resentment towards me, and hence required de-escalation implemented immediately.
