with the clients, suggesting better investment opportunities and showing them the property sites along with the development updates of the properties they are willing to invest in. I worked as a sales executive for almost 8 months which was very fruitful for me as a student and helped me in my professional grooming. During my internship period, I got thI was hired as a sales executive in the sales department. journey in different housing societies in Islamabad using the marketing strategies chance to meet people from different niches and

mindsets. The best thing about Nucleus Marketing is that they value their employees with an encouraging approach to teaching them how to prove themselves as a competitive personality in the competitive market. As I belong to Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa (Province of Pakistan), I speak Pashtu which is the native language there, I started working with the media department by making informative videos regarding better investment opportunities. In addition, I also visited the site of different housing societies, recorded videos for marketing and shared them with the Pakhtoon community (natives of Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa).

These marketing approaches helped me build a strong network in the market eventually completing more than 20 deals. Due to political instability, the overall market was going through a great downfall which was a challenging phase for everyone but with the help of my manager and seniors, I was successful in addressing these challenges and got the title of the rising star of the month in the month of February. Despite the challenges, I stayed strong and never give up on

my passion and continued striving for excellence. Working with the media department notably boosted my confidence, increased my creativity and gave me new insight into analysing marketing from different perspectives by utilizing tools that are available through social media.
