Conducted international / national seminars / conferences / webinars and undertook research work to provide policy input to Government and Armed Forces on technological developments and their role in national security.

• The assignment encompassed administration, security, infrastructure development and maintenance and welfare of serving and retired personnel. It was achieved through;-
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training, development, and performance management of personnel.
• Enhancing team collaboration with continuous communications and feedback as well as other suitable initiatives.
• Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve organizational goals ensuring compliance of various regulations as well as through regular audits, reviews and policy reviews.

• The appointment required working out new acquisitions and upgrade of existing systems. It was achieved through:-
• Effective budget management for optimal utilization of resources.
• Negotiated favorable contracts with vendors for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
• Identified potential risks and implemented innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

The appointment required overseeing operational readiness of PAF's strategic capability. It was achieved through development of new systems, upgrading existing systems, focused training and robust communication network.

• The appointment required future planning for the PAF. It was achieved through:-
• Monitoring regional developments and working out own force structure.
• Working out budget allocations for new acquisitions, system upgrades, infrastructure development and other areas impacting operational readiness.
• Working out future force employment strategy.
