Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Testing: Plan, design, and execute tests for software and applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and report defects or issues, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Documentation: Develop test cases, test scripts, and detailed reports for each testing phase.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression tests to ensure that new code does not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency in testing.
• Performance Testing: Conduct load and performance testing to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Project Implementation:

• Requirement Analysis: Work with the project manager and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Implementation Planning: Develop detailed plans for project implementation, ensuring smooth execution within set timelines.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with development, product, and operations teams to align on project scope, timelines, and deployment requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare project implementation and deployment documentation, including installation guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Deployment Readiness: Ensure that the project is ready for deployment, including completing system checks, pre-deployment tests, and gathering all relevant approval sign-offs.

Deployment & Post-Deployment Support:

• Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment process, ensuring that all components are successfully deployed in production or client environments.
• Monitoring: Post-deployment, monitor the system to verify that it is functioning correctly and efficiently, ensuring issues are detected early.
• User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on system functionality and troubleshooting.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly address any issues that arise during or after deployment, working closely with teams to resolve them.

Technologies:

Oracle(Database), JIRA, Putty, Postman, ,Kibana, Android Studio, IntelliJ (Java), JMeter.

Responsibilities:

· API Testing.

· Backend Logs Debugging.

· Working on making processes smoother for a BUG FREE DELIVERY.

· Working on creating an automation framework for backend testing (i.e. API and DB level).

· Monitoring Daily bug count and proposing resolutions and working on them to minimize the bug count in the end product.

· Introducing new ways of testing in the process to make sure that the QA covers all the aspects before rolling the final product to the customer.
