I provide comprehensive support and administration for Core Retail and Allied Applications, managing Oracle databases RAC (versions 11g, 12c, and 19c) and SQL Server databases (versions 2019 and 2022).

I am currently engaged in a Data Migration Project as part of a Data Warehouse, where I am responsible for maintaining the entire environment. Oracle RAC 19c and SQL Server (2019 and 2022) databases, I ensure smooth data migration and optimize database performance. My role involves handling database administration tasks and supporting digital transformation.

• Database Administration and Support for Oracle DB12c, 19c RAC, IBM DB2 10.5, 11.1.5, SQL Server 2016, and 2022 Databases.
• Successfully led the upgrade of IBM databases from version 10.1.5 to 11.1.5.
• Successfully performed HADR activities for DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
• Implement Design Menu for DB backup and other operations task using shell scripting on Linux Server.
• Implement Oracle FCCM Application for AML system, using Oracle 19c DB.

• Database Administration and Support for IBM DB2 10.5, 11.1.4, SQL Server 2016, 2019, Oracle DB11g, 12c Databases. Linux OS, T24 Core Banking Application.
• Application patch deployment on UAT and Production environment.
• Participated in the migration of core banking systems from SonawareDotNet to Temenos T24, transitioning from MS SQL Server to DB2 10.5 databases. Including installation, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Successfully led the upgrade of IBM databases from version 10.1.4 to 11.1.5.
• Oracle DB upgrade from 11c to 19c.
• Successfully performed HADR activities for DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.

• Support and Administration for Database Oracle 11g and 12c, Application Server, and SQL Server 2012, 2016, Linux OS, including installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. Configured and managed Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and high availability and SQL Server Mirroring for critical environments.
• Support for Core Banking, Temenos T24.
• Backups and EOD Support, RMAN and IMPDP backups, implemented Oracle RAC 12c, and supported end-of-day (EOD) operations to maintain seamless business continuity, 24/7 support.
• Participated in the Core Banking system upgrade, Temenos T24 R7 to R14. For Oracle databases and application servers to support upgraded system requirements.

• Support and Administration for Oracle RAC 12c DB and SQL Server databases 2008, 2012, Linux OS to ensure high availability and performance for critical applications. 24/7 Support.
• Managed and maintained Application Servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, to support enterprise-level applications, Core Banking iFlex.
• Successfully implemented and performed DR activity, Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery. Configured and managed SQL Server mirroring for database redundancy and failover.

• Support and Administration for Oracle 11g DB, Core Banking Application Servers, and SQL Server Databases 2008 and 2012 Versions. Linux and Solaris OS.
• Support for Core Banking, iMAL for Islamic Banking, and other legacy systems.
• Creation and maintenance of DR sites using Oracle Data Guard and SQL Server Mirroring.
• Backup monitoring and configuration of policies using VERITAS NetBackup.
• Core Banking Project migration from Symbols to IMAL. Managed the installation and configuration of Oracle databases and application servers for the new Core Banking infrastructure.

• Maintain Oracle 10g Database Backups, Recovery, and Performance Tuning.
• Design Database and develop Software for Urdu and multiple languages support.
• Design and Development of Oracle Forms and Reports.
