Rotary and Static Equipment Maintenance

• Responsible for maintenance of Engines, multistage centrifugal compressors, Screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, PD and multistage centrifugal Pumps.
• Performed 48,000-hour & 32,000-hour maintenance of (Ariel JGC-6 and 4 & Superior compressors MH-64).
• Carried out Top end and in-frame overhauls of Superior SGTD-12, Jenbacher JGS-312, and CAT 3616/3612 engines .
• Overhauled Frick Screw Compressors, MAN Turbo Centrifugal export gas compressor (Rotor and Dry Gas Seal replacement).
• Carry out lube oil analysis for compressors, pumps, and engines, ensuring optimal lubrication and detecting early signs of wear and recommend replacement schedules, and corrective actions based on analysis trends.
• Carry out maintenance of Finned Tube Heat Exchangers, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, and Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers.
• Diagnosed tube leakage, scaling, and fouling issues, ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency.

Maintenance Planning & Inventory Management

• Managed procurement and maintained adequate stock levels of spares for preventive & corrective maintenance using SAP.
• Contract management for spares & services.
• Prepared annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets for plant and wellhead compression equipment.
• Maintained records of inventory, scheduled maintenance reports, oil analysis, and equipment running hours.
• Developed work orders in SAP for planned & unplanned maintenance.
• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) system and industry-standard safety regulations.
• Implemented Stop Work Authority (SWA) and ensured proper PPE compliance.
• Member of Emergency Response Team (ERT).
