With 18 years of multiple organizations' experience, currently I am leading the Gynecological Clinic as Head of Department. Some of the important responsibilities handled are:

• 3D/4D Vaginal Ultrasound
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Laparoscopy
• Contraceptive Guidance,Menstrual and Hormonal Disorders
• Infertility Management
• Antenatal and Postnatal Care
• Screening for Down Syndrome
• Normal and Cesarean Deliveries
• Menopausal and Osteoporosis Management
• Pap Smear and Colposcopy for cervical screening
• Breast Cancer Screening and Mammograms

In addition to all the out patient responsibilities, I am in continuous liaison with well renowned hospitals in Bahrain for carrying out surgical procedures in their facilities.

• Along with the procedures mentioned above, liaised with patients,staff, management and sales team to better understand patients needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Delivered outstanding services to patients to maintain continued relationships.
• Led regular meetings with Hospital leaders and front-line staff to convey important operational information during the Covid Pandemic.
• Evaluated department performance continuously to identify areas in need of improvement and implement strategies to keep team on-track.

• Actively listened to patients' requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns.
• Consulted with patients on symptoms to help diagnose various gynecologic concerns.
• Counseled female patients on birth control methods, cervical and breast cancer and answered questions or concerns.

During my tenure at Bahrain Defense Force Hospital, I delivered professional results in high demanding environment. Being one of the best hospitals in Bahrain, I was given a broad spectrum platform to exercise and enhance my skills in a cutting edge facility. This provided me immense confidence where in addition to the routine cases, I also teamed up with highly skilled laparoscopic surgeons for complex cases.

My tenure at King Hamad taught me to be highly effective despite the huge influx of daily cases. I developed resilience to carry ahead very complex cases and quick decision making to cater to the need of busy outpatient and inpatient departments. I persevered through long calls on bi weekly basis all the while ensuring quality focus to the needs of patients.

In addition to my duties as a Specialist, I also worked as an Associate Professor at NUH where I delivered lectures and clinical tutorials on bed side educating not only the final year students but also the midwives and nurses. Conducted regular hospital meetings handling perinatal mortality and Journal club.

Being a hospital in the peripheral areas of Kasur, I got to manage very complex cases such as Eclampsia, PPH and abruptions. As it was also a teaching hospital, I contributed to the learning of Medical students.
