• Maintain and manage end-to-end Change in MIS of new inductions in coordination with recruitment team for completion of documents.
• Client facing, written, and in-person inquiries with tact and sensitivity to privacy/confidentiality issues.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date filing systems (visa reciprocity schedules, travels advisories, visa issuances, and refusals, etc..
• Consultant and oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• Ensured that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Prepared all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues, or authorities.
• Helped qualified immigrants, giving advice on correct visa for experience, skills and country of origin.
•Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
