Semester Projects:

  • Worked on the stabilization of a propeller pendulum using PID controller
  • Included the mathematical modelling of the system, fabrication of the working apparatus and implementation of relevant sensors
  • Worked on design and modification of airfoil based on performance
  • Included the use of softwares such as XFLR5 and Javafoil to analyze and modify the airfoils
  • Included fabrication through a 3D printer
  • Developed a MATLAB code to calculate the coefficients of lift, drag, and pressure on a diamond wedge at supersonic Mach numbers at different angles of attack
  • Worked on CATIA to make a CAD model of Boeing 787-9
  • Currently working on SLAM (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) and motion planning of an Unmanned Ground Vehicle for final year project

Personal Projects:

  • Fabricated a UAV along with a team using balsa and plywood for the purpose of participating in competitions
  • Developed Python and C++ code to solve linear equations with no exact solution
  • Developed a Longitudinal SAS (Stability Augmentation System) for Lockheed F104 Starfighter on MATLAB. Studied the effect of pitch feedback and pitch rate feedback to elevator
  • Currently working on Data Structures and Algorithms in C++.
