Job Description

• Responsible for Refinary, Power generation system, Substation and HVAC systems routine and emergency jobs execution & communicate & report to my Manager, through emails, presentation and meetings.
• Successfully analyze the root causes of any failures and their elimination through proactive measures, which resulted in significant reduction in maintenance cost and down time loss.
• Modification of existing maintenance work procedure to minimize maintenance faults & optimize operation.
• Led the team of 16 no's electrical staff including Engineers, Trainee engineers, supervisors, riggers and helpers during the Shutdown of oil refinery 01 & turnarounds of oil refinery 02.
• Involved in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) introduction and successful implementation within software SAP.
• Manage all daily and monthly routine & unscheduled maintenance activities through planning in SAP.
• Responsible for issuing of job PTW and to record equipment history over.
• Responsible for planning annual & monthly maintenance schedules.
• Supervision of preventive / predictive maintenance of plant including overhauling of rotary equipments.
• Have hands on experience of Operation and Maintenance of following major Electrical and Mechanical Instruments.
