• Financial Instrument Issuance/Settlement (Export).
• Scrutinized & Processing (lodgment & realization of documents) Letters of Credit (LCs)/Documentary Collections & Open accounts to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and bank policies.

• Preparation & transmission of tracers/inquiries of export-related swift messages.

• To undertake issuance & certification of Financial Instruments & marking BCA/BDA timely.
• To scrutinize & timely lodgment of all export/import documents (against advance payments, open account, contract & L/C).
• Export proceeds Realization with Annexure A issuance.
• LC advising/LC amendments/Cancellation with the recovery of charges as per SOC.
• Swift messages creation/tracers of transmission/acknowledgments/Refusals etc.
• ITRS reporting on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities as Branch Service Officer-Operations (BSO-OPS):

• To process account opening, closing, amendments, dormant activations, SS cards uploading for new accounts opened, and changes in authorized signatories in existing accounts as per SOPs.
• To initiate/deliver and destruction of cheque book, ATM cards.
• Marking/ of stop payments and record maintenance.
• Scrutiny and posting of inward and outward clearing, preparation of clearing returns and memos with the recovery of relevant charges as per SOC.
• Handle local inward and outward remittances, transfer of funds, issuance/validation and cancellation of payment orders, and maintaining a proper record for review and control purposes.

• To undertake issuance & certification of Form E & timely presentation of documents as per regulatory requirement.
• To scrutinize & timely lodgment of all export documents (against advance payments, contract & L/C) & to manage the realization of export bills, reporting of the export transaction to treasury & relevant SBP reporting.
• To undertake contract registration, advance payment against import & issuance of shipping guarantee/delivery order against import documents & to receive all required processing documentation from the customer against documentary collections, contract & payment against bill of entry.
• Assisting in inward & outward FCY remittances transactions other than Foreign Trade Transactions.

Responsibilities as Officer Branch Operations (OBO):

• To process & issue remittance instruments (pay orders, Demand Drafts, Online transactions) requested for issuance as input level as per the procedure. Lodgment & settlement of OBC.
• Account Opening formalities, KYC maintenance & Customer Due Diligence, responding to customer queries with related to products & services.
• Issuance/encashment of Time Deposit Certificates, Stop Payments, ATM claim settlements, etc.
