Designed and delivered digital literacy and AI-based training programs for women in underserved rural areas of Pakistan. Focused on enabling them to launch and manage small-scale digital businesses on platforms like Amazon, Daraz, and social media marketplaces many more.

Digital Enablement for Women-Led Production Units in Industrial Apparel & Safety Gear Sector

• Worked directly with women labor force to digitize product inventory, improve packaging standards, and ensure product compliance for international shipments.
• Developed and implemented e-commerce strategies for local factories producing apparel, industrial gloves, and workwear, focusing on bringing their products to online marketplaces like Amazon, Alibaba, and Daraz.

• To empower rural women by enhancing their agricultural skills and promoting sustainable farming practices, enabling them to improve their livelihoods, contribute to household income, and strengthen rural economies
• Delivered technical training to rural women in sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture, including organic farming, crop rotation, and animal husbandry.
• Promoted income-generating activities through skill-building in agribusiness, food processing, value addition, and post-harvest management.
• Strengthened market linkages and value chains by connecting women farmers to buyers, cooperatives, and local exhibitions.

• Conducted hands-on training sessions for rural women and farmers on water conservation techniques, canal maintenance, and drip irrigation practices.
• Promoted gender-inclusive participation in water resource management by encouraging women to take active roles in farm-level water planning.
