  • Winner of Best Rewards Strategy the HR Pinnacle Awards 2024. An initiative that reduces the turnover of entire company by 10%. In addition, introduces Salary Benchmarks for the entire organization on the basis of internal and external data.
  • Revamp the conventional Performance Management System into state of the start modern Appraisal System which is based on SMARTS. A comprehensive online portal having access of 24/7 giving organization a leverage of completing their Annual Appraisal activity in less than a month which is 50% faster than the old method.
  • Transform the Recruitment Process into an Online System which is much more comprehensive, agile, and time efficient. From all over Pakistan, applicants could use this portal for their hiring needs. This saves around 50% of the time with everything is trackable.
  • Introducing Eid Card Competition for Employee kids for an active engagement. This initiative increases the Employee Engagement by 23% on the basis of Pre and Post engagement surveys.
  • Established an in-house library named as"Dar ul Kutab (Where Books Talk)" which is a unique initiative in the corporate world. Having more than 300 books in the library and around 500 books online available all the time for all employees. This increased the reading habit of employees by 30% percent (Survey Result).
