- Preparation of Weld Map/Weld Scheme
- Purchase of welding consumables/welding machines/welding machine consumables, spares and accessories.
- Execution of welding by qualified welder/welding operator
- Preparation of heat treatment cycle for PWHT, stress relieving, annealing, normalizing, hardening.
- Non Destructive Examination (Visual, PT, RT, UT, Helium Leak Testing) of weldments as per code and designer requirement.
- Have developed procedures for plasma welding, laser beam welding, cladding and hard facing.
- Have developed WPS for Carbon Steel , Low Alloy Steel , Stainless Steel, Inconel , Hastealloy, Monal, Stellite-6 buildup on Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloys (5154, 6061, 2219).
- Have developed WPS for tube to tube sheet welding for protruded, recessed heat exchangers.
