Roles And Responsibilities

  • Being Head of the Q.A department directing a large Q.A team of over 150 members covering all stitching units, centralized cutting, stitching store (Receiving Inspection) and finish fabric folding & checking sections.
  • Directly reported to Executive Director.
  • Oversaw Reworks and Rejection department (RRD) to monitor and control made-ups rejections for Cost optimization & minimize material wastages as well as generate analytical report of Stitching and back processes to identify area & reasons of rejections.
  • Identification of GAPs in production process by doing KIZEN projects and 5s Tools to improve Process Flow and Productivity. Review & modify SOPs & JDs of Q.A department to synchronized with related operations of production.
  • Daily process monitoring of all stitching sections and generating daily defects tracking reports and take CAP from Production managers.
  • Generate KPIs Dashboard for visualized defects trend & comparative data analysis of stitching dept. on weekly & monthly basis and presented to Executive management with improvement action plan from Production team.
  • Facilitating system & compliance team for implementation of compliance requirements of customers. To perform Analysis of KPIs data provided by External Customers such as COPQ, SQR & DRR by using RCA tools (5 WHYs + FISHBONE) & submit CAP in case of any quality complain. Oversaw product development samplings with co-ordination of Marketing and Production dept.
  • Identify training needs of staff and arrange trainings for continuous improvements & skills development. Direct Co-ordination and correspondence with Customers Quality team mainly with IKEA, ASDA/WAL-MART
