• Department as well as their dealer POS machines project, initiated by CM Punjab, totally on behalf of BOP (North). Looking after Whole Rawalpindi Division (District Rawalpindi / Attock / Jhelum / Chakwal / Talagang, e.t.c. & their all further Tehsils
• My working is to help all Agriculture & Livestock dealers to open their account on BOP & coordination with BOP BM/AM/RSM/ RBH Retail Banking to facilitate these dealers & then also to guide them end-to-end till their POS Machines signing for KISAN / LIVESTOCK dealer POS. On the other side also communicating BOP branches all details regarding KISAN / LIVESTOCK cards for farmers to guide them in applying these cards
• Coordinating with various departments including credit card, corporate portal (BOP BIZ), Loan, Agriculture, PSDD (Public Sector Deposit Department), Retail & Corporate Banking, Government Initiative Public Products, Car Financing, House Finance and Business Lending for Sales Leads & Volume
• Following Up with Fintechs / ISO's Onboarded with The Bank of Punjab (PAYNET & SMARTONE) to ensure POS Deployments, Replacements, Hardware & Software Issues, e.t.c.
• Contacting Merchants for achieving Acquiring Sales Targets, i.e. Volumes, Activation, Deployment, Inactive Pickups,e.t.c. along with signing new Potential Merchants
• Looking After All Merchants Payment Issues & their Resolution
• Settling down Charge Backs & Retrieval Matter
• Providing support for volume and sales leads to the different departments
