At Chashma Sugar Mills 2 Ltd Unit-2 (Premier Group) (August 2019 –March 2024)

• At Chashma Sugar Mill Unit 2 D.I.Khan, Plant Balancing for 9000-9500 TCD.
• 03 nos FFE H.S 4500 M^2 each installed and trialed successfully and achieved target to curtail steam %cane from 53% to 45.5%.
• 01 Vacuum Filter 56 M^2 installed and trialed successfully.
• 03 nos Juice heater installed H.S 500 M^2 each and trailed successfully.
• 02 CVC 175 M^3 installed and trialed successfully.
• 01 Refine Pan capacity 80 T/Strike (Floating Type) installed and trailed successfully.
• 03 nos molasses conditioner have installed and trialed successfully.
• One waste water treatment Plant 125 M^3/Hr installed and trialed in season 2022-2023.

In Addition to Plant

• Juice clarifier 10 M Dia installed and commissioned successfully.
• A Conti Pan 102 M^3 W/V installed and commissioned Successfully.
• Multimiss aligned coupling (Rope Coupling) installed at mill no 4 and commissioned successfully.
• Energy conservation with vapor 1,2,3 and 4 bleeding.
• Further Planning to increase Crushing Rate up to 10,000 TCD.

At Popular Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd (Popular Group) (April 2016 – August 2019)

• BMR plan for 8000 TCD in two phases.
• FFE 4500 Sq. meter 2# installed all process house boiling scheme shifted on vapor 2.
• Imbibition percent increased up to 240 percent on fiber & mixed juice percent regulate 107-108 percent.
• Steam percent cane curtailed up to 44 percent & target after completion of BMR 40 percent.
• New Mill size 44/84 inches installed as mill no1 & previous one shifted as mill no 5. Bagasse pol curtailed up to 1.65-1.75.
• In process house addition of different Equipment’s have erected as juice Heaters 3 nos, Continuous Pans 2 nos, Continuous Centrifugal 4 nos, Refine Centrifugal Silver Weibull 1750Kg/charge 1no, juice clarifier 1no, parallel set of Sugar dryer & Sugar in grader vertical crystallizer 2 nos.
• Indian design automated condensers complete installed & 500 KW power saved.
• All pipeline replaced according to requirement of Crushing 8000 TCD.
• Get gain in final molasses purity 34 to 31.8.
• One Boiler 60 ton installation have completed & successfully trialed.
• One Turbo Alternator 8 MW erection with completion of civil work & mechanical work completed & successfully trialed.
• Modification have carried out in Mill House Overhead Crane & Bridge with capacity enhancement from 25 ton to 45 ton & successfully trialed.

At Al – Noor Sugar Mills Ltd (December 2011 – March 2016)

• BMR carried out and installed Falling Film Evaporators with complete Erection Commissioning successfully with Energy Conservation Steam percent Cane 45.
• Vapour bleeding at Evaporators to be modified & low temperature vapour utilized at low grade Sugar boiling.
• Basic Exhaust steam distribution rectified at 1st effect Evaporators H.S 4000 M2, 2800 M2 & 2600 M^2 resultantly improved specific Evaporation Rate as well as capable to increased crushing rate 9500 – 11500 TCD.
• Low temperature vapour arranged at Sugar melting instead Exhaust steam.
• Erection and Successful operation managed with zero Contamination level at Falling Film Evaporator H.S 4500 M^2 resultantly gain imbibition’s 4.0 percent, curtail steam percent & improve syrup Brix and specific crushing rate up to 12000 TCD.
• Wash water reduction at different areas of Mills is under planning.

At Deharki Sugar Mills (Pvt) Limited (JDW Group) (May 2011 – December 2011)

• Complete Erection & Trial of Deharki Sugar have done with independent responsibility of Process House. Alhamdulillah completed with all respect.
• Process House complete Erection, Team management including officers & staff.
• Trouble free operation of Process House in first time managed.

At Mehran Sugar Mills Ltd (May 2005 – May 2011)

• In 2005 maximum crushing 6000 – 6200 TCD & steam percent more than 62 percent cane.
• In 2010 maximum crushing 9000 - 10000 TCD & steam percent up to 52 percent cane.
• Second vapour bleeding arranged up to primary heating, Secondary heating, B, C Conti. Pans & C-Grain pan.
• Condensate water heating introduced at Primary & Secondary juice heating.
• Vapour line heater at fourth vapour & gain 20C temperature at primary juice & reduce 10 Ton per hour load of condenser.
• Injection water curtail 13500 M^3/ hour to 6000 M^3/Hour through modifications & installed SEDL automated condenser & spray Pond, save Electric power 1500KW / hour.
• Also, curtail fresh water consumption through recycling in process house at sweet water, tube-cleaning water of heaters, Evaporators, Pans & Vacuum pumps priming water.
• High-pressure steam curtail with low-pressure steam and & Vapors at Pan washing, Centrifugal Washing & A/B sugar re-melting.
• Now planed with IPRO to automate the refine Pans, Sugar Melter & MOL section.
• Further plain to adopt automation at A/B/C continuous Pan.

At Chishtia Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd (2003 – 2005)

• To introduced second vapour bleeding & Increase syrup brix 55 degree to 62 degree & Crushing increased in existing setup 4500 TCD to 5200 TCD.
• Burning issue of CSML Refine Pan strike time 5 hours. I have resolve with redesigning the specific condenser & Injection water distribution resultantly curtail the pan strike time 2 hours.

At Brothers Sugar Mills (Pvt) Ltd (1998 – 2003)

• To insure second vapour bleeding up to B, C Continuous Pan & results at Massecute Boiling achieve in shape of Final Molasses Purity 30.5 average of 3 Crushing Seasons.
• Total Cooling & Condensing system modified with multi jet Condenser and increased crushing capacity 8000 TCD to 9000 TCD.
• 40 percent Molasses circulation avoid through modification at A curing, to stop A double curing & regulate only A single curing.
• 10000 TCD BMRE report have initiated as desired by the management which have installed in last year.
