Heading the CRM team as a Program Manager with an objective to drive calculated benefits from CRM launch, w.r.t. Cross sell, up sell and new selling. My responsibilities included automating the Call Center and Customer Excellence teams for better customer experience. Handling both Business and Technical ends to achieve Bank's mission.

My job included leading the MS CRM QA team as well playing as a Consultant and a Project Manager whenever and wherever required by the company. Worked for Retail Banking Sectors. My key projects are as under:

I was leading the IBM Test Work Bench team for Royal Cyber (IBM Gold Business Partner that time), also acted as a Pre Sales Consultant for Continuous Testing Practice, including below responsibilities:

• Training and mentoring sessions, for clients and in-house teams, for various IBM Rational tools like CLM, RIT, RTW, RPT etc.
• Direct contact person, on behalf of Royal Cyber, for all Partner World activities by IBM like Design Partnership Program and other trial programs of Rational products.
• Lead the adoption of Ms Dynamics CRM and IBM’s Collaborative Life Cycle Management (CLM using IBM Rational Tools including RRC, RTC, RQM etc.) for different project teams.
• Participated in development and finalization of proposals and SOWs for Rational projects.
• Leading PoC and PoT activities of Rational tools for clients and prospects.
