Perfomix – Employee Performance Management System (2024-2025)

Project Overview:

• Led the development of Perfomix, an industry-based project for ZAPTA Technologies, Lahore. This web-based system enhances employee performance management by enabling admins to monitor and evaluate line managers and staff, ensuring structured performance assessments and data-driven decision-making.

Technologies Used:

• MySQL, React, Node.js, Express.js

Responsibilities:

• Led system development and defined core functionalities.
• Ensured seamless integration of performance tracking, goal setting, and reporting features.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to align the system with organizational needs.

Outcome:

• Successfully developed a scalable platform that streamlines performance evaluations, goal tracking, and reporting, helping organizations make data-driven decisions for workforce management.

DBMS-based Courier Management System

• Project Overview: A web-based Courier Management System built with PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS that allows admins to assign and manage couriers efficiently. Customers can track their orders in real-time, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery process.
