Process Improvement Team

• Key interface between fabric R & D and production team by developing pre-production fabric samples to establish they meet the customer's approved standards. After evaluating the trial fabric, communicate the potential risks, process optimization and test results with concerned departments like marketing, yarn sourcing, knitting, dyeing and finishing to ensure a smooth transition into bulk production.
• Conducted pre-production meetings with merchandising team and QA department to execute the production as per the standards.
• Assist development team in seamless execution and quality control of 100% Polyester developments in processing.
• Support the knitting production team by giving timely feedback about their greigh fabric issues after processing.

Fabric Development Team (100% Rec. Polyester)

• Drove fabric development team by analyzing the customer swatches involved selection of yarn counts, construction of fabric, chemical finishes, etc.
• After development phase, getting the sample fabrics approved from customers as per provided instructions and swatches after discussing their costing, physical and chemical test reports.
• Worked closely with marketing and production teams in facilitating fabric testing through third party testing services.
• Oversaw the daily operations of in-house testing lab and provide support to lab staff during the annual lab accreditation process.
• Fabric Development Team (100% Rec. Polyester)

• Made risk analysis of new wash effects in order to foresee potential problems. Work on an alternative solution on recipes and process routes in order to achieve the best wash results within the best quality/lead-time as per management's instructions.
• Planned the daily WIP for the wet and dry process and organize the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
• Production Planning and Execution Team

• Analyzed the performance of different brands of Hydrosulphide during Indigo dyeing using different procedures like solubility of dyestuff, pH stability, dyeing yield, reducing power of dye, colorfastness properties of dyestuff etc.
