Design and deliver capacity-building workshops, trainings, and mentoring programs to strengthen the organizational and advocacy capacities of civil society organizations and women's groups
Provide technical assistance and support to partners in developing advocacy strategies, conducting research and analysis, and mobilizing support for gender equality and social justice initiatives
Integrate gender considerations into all aspects of project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure that gender equality principles are systematically addressed and mainstreamed
Conduct gender analyses and assessments to identify gender disparities, barriers, and opportunities within project contexts, and develop targeted interventions to address them
Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress, measure outcomes, and capture lessons learned related to gender equality and civil society empowerment
Collect and analyze data on project indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of interventions and use findings to inform programmatic adjustments and strategic decision-making
Providing day-to-day leadership and management of district-level programs
Providing technical assistance to field and program teams and proper implementation of activities
Coordinating with the provincial office and district team
Coordinating and establishing liaisons with the education department and district government Preparing Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly Progress Reports
