ERP Strategy, Management & Optimization
• Lead the end-to-end management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), overseeing technical, functional, and operational aspects across Order Management, Advance Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, Landed Cost Management, Discrete Manufacturing, Work in Process, Cost Management SLA, Advance Supply Chain Planning, Shipping Execution, and Financial Modules.

2. ERP System Implementation & Management
• Oversee the end-to-end ERP lifecycle, including planning, implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Evaluate and recommend new ERP technologies, modules, or cloud-based solutions to enhance business capabilities.
3. Business Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements.
• Streamline workflows and automation within the ERP system to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure the ERP system meets regulatory, financial, and operational compliance standards.
4. Project Management & System Upgrades
• Define ERP project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and customizations while minimizing downtime.
• Monitor and evaluate ERP performance, user adoption, and operational impact.
5. Data Management, Reporting & Business Intelligence
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance within the ERP system.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights for business decision-making.
• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and external consultants.
• Work closely with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to align ERP strategies with business needs.
• Ensure end-user training, documentation, and continuous knowledge transfer for smooth ERP adoption.
7. ERP Support, Troubleshooting & Vendor Management
• Lead ERP support teams to resolve system issues, bugs, and technical problems.
• Establish incident management and change control processes to minimize disruptions.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers, negotiating SLAs and contracts.

• Lead and mentor ERP functional and technical teams, ensuring high performance and continuous learning.

• Ensure monthly/quarterly/year end accounts/store/gate closing activities by performing defined checks and immediate troubleshooting
• Review and authorize user rights while keeping in view users job role and requirements  Review and authorize opening of new item code or General Ledger code

• Techno functional EBS team leads to the areas of procure to pay and order to cash cycle (SCM), Manufacturing (ODM) and Financials.
