Custodian of employee relations manual, HR policies and procedures to promote consistency with terms and conditions of service.\
Proactive engagement with HODs to identify function's specific learning & development needs.
Design & implementation of Total remuneration strategy, disbursement of employee benefit schemes, long service awards, special recognition rewards, educational assistance, hajj & umrah schemes.
Implementation of continuous based PMS, succession planning & Talent management system to ensure sustenance of performance culture.
Liaise with HSEQ to implement health & safety practices, compliance with industrial health & safety legislation & best practices.
Ensures compliance with employment laws, rules & regulations, timely management of employee grievances & disciplinary issues, dealing with labor relation authorities, trade unions & representation of management in CBA negotiations.
