• Reorganized Projects department and currently leading a team of 65 project team members through 5 senior managers of detailed engineering design, Integrity, Construction, Refurbishment and Project Controls. Report directly to GCEO,
• Responsible from DED to projects delivery, selecting & managing contractors, their performance, construction safety and statutory compliance, supporting refinery in MOCs' implementation,
• Currently heading Upgrade-1 program of refinery, along with SPM,
• Provided strategic oversight by introducing low cost scheme of used 2x9 MW HFO based power plant yielding an annual saving of 0.9 Mn USD/month,
• Recently took over a lead on an international project of procuring CCR via channel international, NZ,
• Formulated numerous procedures to streamline Projects' functions in line with PSM protocol.

Collaborated with execution department to lead following jobs while putting in innovations.

• 2017-2018: refurbishment of (Ø70x14H Mtr) of crude oil storage tank (Duration: 5-Month).
• 2015-2017: refurbishment of 12 Effluent Combined Feed Exchangers' (CFEs) of Platformer,
• 2015-2017: deconstruction (of Amec FW Furnace) & reconstruction works of 22 Mn USD (6-Months | Modularization Approach) CDU furnace from BIH-UK and multiple MOCs for refinery.
• 2019-2021: Conducted RCA and provided solutions for the most bad actors of refinery, contributing savings and claims to 4.5 Billion USD ,

• Functioned as key interface for performance & contract management of M/S Puma, M/S ABB and M/S WRD for Deconstruction, Haulage and Shipment phases,
• Developed master schedule. (Units wise | Total 14 units of DHDS and FCCU streams)-3000 activities,

• EPPC of 120 kbpd refinery's installation involving refurbishment, procurement, fabrication, reconstruction works at MKS-Pakistan | 4-Years | 1100 Mn USD ,

• Worked with Chinese Principal Contractor “CNCEC-7” as main Lead-Project Controls from owner's side, 30-Months | 360 Mn USD ,
• Developed construction packages and overall site master schedule of 1500 activities with S-Curves,
• EPCC of PVC-II, Chlor Alkali, CCPP and used EDC/VCM plant brought from Baton Rouge-USA,
• Acted as EPCL's key interface for Project Health Audits by M/S Stone & Webster-UK and M/S Constantin Singapore throughout construction phase.

• Worked with MIDREX USA as planning engineer for the construction DRI unit,
• Single handedly 5000 activities | 30-months | 300 Mn USD .

Engaged in EPCC phases of 2x4500 tpd plants | 18-months | 200 Mn USD .

• Participated in local fabrication, LLIs, site electro-mechanical construction in record 18-months ,

• Involved in EPPC of coal plant, replacement of mills' trunnions, gearboxes & kiln tires
• Actively contributed in preparatory works to earn ISO-9001 certification for ACPL in 2003 in first go.

• Deputed in 3 main sections of the complex at feedstock, pyro-processing and at finish milling.
