INTERVENTION mentored HS on how to be a better public speaker and guided him through different things he could indulge himself in to improve his public speaking kills over a period of 2 years.
CURRENT STATUS a good public speaker with 1 best delegate and 1 honorable mention award in Model United Nation (MUN) competitions
1. Gave a lecture on the importance of work-life balance in my local community center on 9th may 2022
2. i have screened over 300 people for both diabetes and hypertension so far
3. was a part of a team that was lead by Prof Mulazzim Hussain Bukhari , we set up a free eye camp as well as a hepatitis screening camp in an underserved area of pakistan called Lodhran,which is a city and the capital of Lodhran District in the Punjab province of Pakistan.
4. worked with our student union to collect donations to feed the poor during the month of Ramadan in 2018,2019 and 2020
5. promoted the importance of cancer screening throughout my community through community events such as fundraisers, public talks and seminars. The work was mostly focused on breast, lung, colorectal and skin cancer.
6. During the year 2021 was a part of a study on GERD in infants,the study was focused on the habits of infants within our community and their relationship to GERD.
7. Throughout my time as a medical student i spread awareness related to various dietary practices and their adverse effects on health relating to issues like GERD, hypercholestrolemia and peptic ulcer disease. I also actively participated in motivating obese people towards losing weight by educating them about the benefits of losing weight on their health and consequences of not moving towards an active lifetyle.
8. Worked with my medical college on setting a free diabetes screening service for all medical students and healthcare professionals working within our hospital in 2022.

Worked in the project “Run for a healthy life” by South Asian Federation of Endocrine Societies in 2017, with the collective aim of raising awareness of obesity and promoting a healthier youth in the South Asian region and beyond. I worked within my community as a part of this program by going to various schools and promoting a healthier lifestyle

2017- volunteered at Friends Of Mayo Hospital(FOMH) which is a registered charity dedicated to helping repair, renovate and improve patient wellbeing at Mayo Hospital Lahore, which is the oldest and busiest hospitals of Lahore.
2019- voulanteered at Dilawar Hussain foundation. The clinic offers free diabetic healthcare and expertise.
