• Installation and Maintenance of Siemens Power Transformers having rating of 10-13MVA, 20-26MVA which includes: IR (Insulation test), No load test, Full load test, Impedance measurement test of power transformer, Safeties testing of power transformer, Dielectric Insulation test of transformer oil
• Thermo-graphy of whole plant electric joints
• Making control circuit for DOL, R/F, DOL and STAR-DELTA starters
• Installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of Public Address System, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection system and CCTV cameras system
• Installation and testing of Earthing, Structural Grounding & Lightning Arrester system of whole plant
• Erection and commissioning of area lighting, equipment lighting, and streetlight poles up to 500W
• Maintenance of Wet Mill, Glucose, Starch Division, Utility and Dextrose plant E&I related equipment
• Instrument & Control:
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Siemens PCS-7 DCS of 2676 I/Os at coal fired Power Plant w.r.t hardware, software, logical working, and communication
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of SCIYON NT6000 DCS for Turbine Safeties of 300 I/O’s like (Thermal Expansions, Axial Displacements, Condenser Vacuum, Lube Oil Pressure and Temperatures, Thrust Pad and Radial Tile Temperatures interlocks) at coal fired Power Plant w.r.t hardware, software, logical working, and communication
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrument System make Bentley Nevada) like (Tile Vibrations, Rotations, and Turbine Over-speed) for Turbine Internal Safeties at coal fired Power Plant w.r.t hardware and communication
• Working on calibration, Installation, and loop testing (regarding DCS) of all types of Field instruments (Pneumatic and Motorized Control valves, Shut-off valves, Transmitters (level, flow, pressure temperature), Analyzers, Switches (pressure, level, position, vibration), Analyzers (P.H, Conductivity, Oxygen)
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Ignition Diesel Burner for Coal Fired Boiler start-up
• Utilities:
• Air Compressors, Cooling Towers (4800m3), Water Treatment Plant (60m3/hr.), Coal Crusher 100 ton/hr., ESP 110 ton/hr
• 3-Electric Fields 72KV, Ash Silo 40 ton/hr, Slag Disposal System 10 ton/hr., Limestone Powder System 30 tons/hr
