I conduct failure investigations, manage spare parts, and handle budgeting. Additionally, I am considered a domain expert in SAP/Maximo (CMMS).

PPL is pioneer of the natural gas industry in the country, Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has been a key player in the energy sector since the 1950s. PPL is contributing about 25 percent of the country’s total natural gas supplies in addition to crude oil, Natural Gas Liquid and Liquefied Petroleum Gas.

PPL LPG/NGL Recover Plant, Adhi Gas Field production was 50MMscfd of natural gas, 160 tons/day LPG, 4000 Barrels per day NGL and 2000 Barrels per day crude oil. The LPG/NGL is being recovered by cryogenic process using Turbo expander and Mechanical refrigeration system. The plant is being monitored and controlled by latest DCS DELTA V system.

I Led mechanical team and my responsibilities were smooth running of Natural Gas processing Plants, perform root cause analysis, Planning and scheduling, spares management, Budgeting, suggesting and execution of Design modification, planning & scheduling of Plant annual turnaround and developing maintenance program in CMMS (SAP) and training the maintenance staff.
